Individual therapy
Individual therapy with me begins with us getting to know each other. You might share a little bit about what you want to get out of our sessions together, or maybe you might have no idea where to even begin. Either is perfectly acceptable. All you need to be able to get something out of our sessions is to show up with an open mind. You decide the pace. Healing and growing doesn’t follow a distinct formula. Each person has a unique story and perspective. I hope to appreciate and respect yours. Some clients are looking for something long term.
